Our RCA (Root cause analysis) program, which is a systematic process to identify the “root causes” of thermal oil degradation problems. Our program is targeted and is based on our extensive expertise in thermal oil system design and operation.

The Investigation

A visual inspection of all equipment coupled with a thorough design and operational review to identify any potential issues that may affect the process.

Data Collection

Flow verification, temperature mapping, historian and written log data collection, and personnel interviews for both a subjective and objective lens into the issues.

Analysis

Using RCA methodology, we work with your team to develop the highest-certainty targets to identify and eliminate the causes.

Deliverables

A comprehensive report including an executive summary of results, RCA analysis matrix, and action plan to remedy the root causes of process issues.
