Thermal Fluid Heater Delivery

One of North America's largest gas processing plants commissioned Wechsler to design, build and deliver (2) 60.0 MM BTU/h thermal fluid systems. The complete system delivers a net thermal energy output of 120.2 MM BTU/h.

Complete system includes:

• Triplex Pump Skid with Plan 52 seal pot

• Expansion tank with fuel gas manifold and level indication transmitters for DCS

• Custom designed headers to meet client’s piping

• Controls and devices designed for classified area

• Fireye BMS

• O2 trim

• Exhaust stack
