Gas Process Heater Commissioning

WTE has engineered, designed, built and commissioned our largest gas processing heater in company history with a custom 120MM BTU/hr system.

System includes:

» (2) x 60.0 MM BTU/hr (17.58 MW) compact thermal fluid heaters in a dual helical coils configuration

» Triplex pump skid with Plan 52 pumps

» Expansion tank with inert gas blanketing manifold

» Low-NOx burners

» Integral exhaust stack for minimal footprint

» NEMA 4 control panel including O2 analyzer and trim

» Fireye Nexus BMS connected to the plant's DCS

» Meets NFPA 87 standards
