Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to spare parts and products purchased directly through wechslertech.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
  • Custom-built, special-order, or made-to-order spare parts
  • Parts that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear
  • Electrical components, sensors, and switches that have been connected to a system
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Freight/shipping charges (non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a defective item)

3. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at info@wechslertech.com or 404.370.0991 with your order number, the part(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a part that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns, at our discretion, to cover inspection and handling.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the order has shipped.
  • Orders for custom or special-order parts may not be cancellable once production or procurement has begun; contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Note: If you need a different part or size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. Contact our team for assistance ensuring you order the correct replacement part.
