Thermal Oil Analysis

9L Foam Canister with Foam

9L stainless steel canister of nitrogen-pressurized extinguishing agent

25' Detection Tubing 6mm (FDT)

6mm OD red sensor tubing beneath coupling guard, acting as a linear heat/flame detector; causes release of pressurized fire suppression foam upon rupture

25' Gray Air Tubing

6mm OD gray sensing line tubing; loss of pressure triggers an alarm from pressure switch and releases fire suppression foam

Manual Release Switch with Pressure Indicator

Manual foam release mechanism; includes pressure gauge, connection for filling adapter, and fittings to connect red sensor line

Pressure Switch, Detection Line

Delivers a discrete signal to PLC when pressure is released from the pilot sensing line, indicating foam release or a pressure leak in the sensing line

Foam Nozzle

Full-cone spiral spray nozzle that provides full coverage of extinguishing agent inside the PumpGuard coupling guard

Temperature Switch

Delivers a discrete signal to the PLC when fire is detected, indicating contact with temperatures beyond a predetermined setpoint

N2 Charge Device

A device used to inspect, adjust, or refill nitrogen gas pressure in the sensing line

Replacement Ferrules, 6mm, 10pk

Small, deformable ring used in tubing and piping compression fittings to create a tight pressure seal and prevent the tube from pulling out

Replacement Tube Inserts, 6mm, 10pk

Stiffens the tube end to prevent leaks that could be caused by the tubing wall collapsing under the grip of the ferrule

Thread Sealant, High-Temp Resistant, 0.2 fl oz

Used for locking and sealing tapered threads on metal fittings; prevents loosening due to vibration or shock

6 mm End Plug for Detection Tubing, 5pk

Plug for the end of the sensing line; maintains sensing line pressure until ruptured

6mm Bulkhead Elbow Union

Brass NPT compression fitting between the interior sensing line and the PumpGuard coupling guard

1/2" tube x 1/2" NPT Male Connector

Brass NPT compression fitting in the left wall of the PumpGuard cowling

6mm tube x 1/4" NPT Elbow Connector

Brass NPT compression fitting between the exterior sensing line and the PumpGuard coupling guard

Temperature Sensor

Delivers RTD input to PLC to indicate an increase in temperature at the bearing seal due to increased friction from misalignment or seal degradation

Vibration Sensor

Delivers an analog signal to the PLC to indicate the bearing’s vibration for monitoring

Vibration Sensor Mount Head

Magnetic mount for the vibration sensor

Oil level Detector, 2 PK

Delivers a discrete signal to the PLC to indicate that thermal fluid has leaked into the canister body and reached the level of the high-level switch (moderate leak) or high-high level switch (catastrophic leak)

Temperature Switch

Plug for the end of the sensing line; maintains sensing line pressure until ruptured
