Welcome to Wechsler Technologies (“Wechsler Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at wechslertech.com (the “Site”), including any purchase of spare parts, products, or services offered through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Wechsler Technologies is a provider of thermal fluid process heating equipment and related technologies, including PumpGuard Pump Protection Systems, Opti-Therm Thermal Fluid Heaters, Nitro-Shield Nitrogen Blanketing Systems, FluidGuard Thermal Fluid Flash Point Recovery Systems, and associated OEM spare parts. Our principal place of business is PO Box 3390, Decatur, GA 30031, USA.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that you are purchasing for legitimate business or personal use and not for resale in violation of any agreement with us, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Products, Spare Parts, and Pricing

  • All products and spare parts listed on the Site are described and priced to the best of our ability, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update pricing, availability, and specifications at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
  • Genuine OEM spare parts sold through the Site are intended for use with Wechsler Technologies equipment (including PumpGuard systems) unless otherwise stated.

4. Quotes and Orders

  • "Request a Quote" submissions are not binding offers and do not constitute an order. A quote is an estimate only and is subject to confirmation, availability, and final written agreement.
  • Orders placed through the Site (including via our online store) constitute an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (including by email or invoice).
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased, refuse any order, or require additional verification before processing an order.

5. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full (or per agreed terms) using the payment methods indicated on the Site or invoice, in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.
  • You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.
  • All payments are processed via secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timeframes provided on the Site or in a quote are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges (customs, duties, taxes) for shipments outside the continental United States, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Refund and Return Policy for details on returns, cancellations, and refund eligibility for spare parts and products purchased through the Site.

8. Product Warranty

Unless a separate written warranty is provided at the time of sale (e.g., in a quote, invoice, or purchase agreement), spare parts and products are sold “as is” for OEM replacement purposes. Any express warranty on equipment or parts will be set forth in the applicable sales agreement or warranty documentation and is not extended by anything on this Site.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, the PumpGuard, Opti-Therm, Nitro-Shield, and FluidGuard names/marks, and the overall design — is the property of Wechsler Technologies or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; (d) submit false or misleading information in a quote request, order, or contact form; or (e) use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
